J'avais toujours rêvé d'avoir un mixer, et voilà ... Je l'ai acheté dans la boutique Etsy Manymoreminiatures.

I had always dreamt of a food blender, and here it is ... I bought it in the Etsy boutique Manymoreminiatures.

Avec lui, une autre touche de couleur. - With it another touch of colour.

Quand j'ai vu cette miniature dans la boutique Etsy de Gill je n'ai pas pu résister.

When I saw this miniature in Gill's Etsy boutique I could not resist.

Quand on est en vacances on a le temps pour les loisirs.

When you are on holiday you have time for  hobbies.

J'avais besoin d'une chaise pour la table et je l'ai trouvé dans la boutique Etsy Menutmonshop.

I needed a chair for the table and I found it in the Etsy shop Menutmonshop.

Je l'ai choisie rouge car cette couleur fait partie des couleurs associés avec tout ce qui est nautique.

I chose it red because this colour is part of the nautical colours.

Depuis la fin des vacances j'ai eu énormément de chance car j'ai gagné plusieurs giveaways, et voici l'un d'eux. Je montrerai les autres dans un autre post.

Le meuble avec les paniers est de Patrizia Santi (Patrisan), les mules marocaines de Piikko.

The piece of furniture with the baskets is by Patrizia Santi (Patrisan), the Moroccan mules are by Piikko.

Le gilet et le débardeur tricotés sont de Frederica, il y a longtemps que j'admirais son travail. Elle vient d'ouvrir une boutique Etsy donc je suis allé la voir tout de suite.

The knitted cardigan and top are by Frederica, I had amired her work for a long time. She has just opened an Etsy shop so I went to see it straight away.

Je n'ai toujours rien mis dans le cadre. J'avais une idée pour l'utiliser pour le palier, finalement j'ai acheté d'autres cadres pour la réaliser et je ne l'ai pas utilisé.

I haven't put anything yet in the frame. I had an idea to use it for the landing, in the end I bought other frames to do it and I didn't use it.

Je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de prendre plusieurs photos avec le gilet, je trouve que c'est le genre de détail qui apporte de la vie.

I couldn't help taking several photos with the cardigan, I think that this kind of detail brings life.

 J'ai ajouté et changé plusieurs choses dans la chambre des parents.

I have added and changed several things in the parents' bedroom.

 Le merveilleux tableau de Catherine fait spécialement pour cette maison. La lampe est d'Elisabeth Causeret.

The marvellous painting by Catherine made especially for this house. The lamp is by Elisabeth Causeret.

 Le sac et magazine Cath kidston sont de Baking in miniature. Le tabouret (comme celui dans la salle de bains) de Piikko. Le panier à couture de La Seine miniatures.

 The Cah Kidston bag and magazine are by Baking in miniature. The stool (like the one in the bathroom) by Piikko. The sewing basket by La Seine miniatures.

J'ai délacé la peinture que j'avais mise avant au dessus du lit et le fauteuil qui était sur le palier. Je l'ai habillé d'un "plaid" au tricot, un cadeau d'une amie. J'ai acheté la peinture il y a très longtemps en Angleterre.

I moved the painting that I had put before above the bed and the armchair that was on the landing. I dressed it with a knitted "plaid", a present from a friend. I bought the painting a very long time ago in England.

 

Je trouve que les deux peintures vont bien ensemble en parallèle.

I think  the two paintings go well together in parallel.

La peinture de Cinderella Moments était avant dans le salon.

The painting by Cinderella Moments was before in the living room.

Le sac et les chaussures à côté de l'armoire sont de Patrisan.

The bag and the shoes next to the wardrobe are by Patrisan.

Ce n'est pas la pièce où il y eu le plus de changements, à part 3 peintures et la lanterne.

It is not the room where there have been a lot of changes, apart from 3 paintings and the lantern.

 J'ai recouvert le sofa avec du tissu Tilda. - I upholstered the sofa with Tilda fabric.

Le phare et le bateau de Véronique Bailleul - The lighthouse and the boat by Véronique Bailleul

 J'avais acheté ces magnets lors d'un séjour en Irlande en 2009 en pensant à mes miniatures. J'avais peur qu'ils soient un peu trop grands, mais je trouve que finalement ils vont bien dans la pièce.

I had bought these magnets during a stay in Ireland in 2009 thinking of my miniatures. I thougt they may be a bit too big but in the end I think they go well in the room.
